Our graduate recruitment programme offers opportunities to first degree graduates from all degree disciplines. We also have postgraduate positions for people with a Masters degree in Economics or Finance.

We have a highly supportive learning culture, and all graduates join our award-winning Analyst Career Training (ACT) Programme (‘Best Graduate Development Programme’ and ‘Best of the Best’ 2008 Association of Graduate Recruiters awards). This lasts for three years and allows you to undertake a range of challenging roles.
We also offer excellent graduate internships and sponsorship schemes.
The recruitment for our graduate programmes runs on an annual cycle and we accept applications from September to November each year for appointments commencing the following October (or summer vacation for internships). We are currently open for applications. The deadline is 5pm on 28th November 2008.
